I teach private sessions in clients' homes and online. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after an injury, deepening a long-standing practice, or navigating pregnancy, our work together is built around you — your body, your nervous system, your week.
I specialize in slow vinyasa, restorative sequencing, and prenatal yoga for all trimesters. Expect grounded movement, plenty of breath, and the kind of quiet attention that's hard to find anywhere else.
